Create ticket (Pega Tom)

Requires Idempotency-Key. Body: productCode: pega_tom, inventoryId (lot with remaining cards). Optional delivery.whatsapp / delivery.email if contracted.

Empty lot → 422 inventory-exhausted. No silent switch to another lot.

Authentication (AND, not OR)

Partner-Id + Bearer client_secret + Timestamp + Signature. See Authentication.

401 unauthorized · 422 hmac-invalid · 422 hmac-skew · 403 country-mismatch.
